A nice day off work with beautiful weather.  Working on my loft which constantly leaves me torn... shoes? orrrr... furniture!  I can not reveal the winner of this fight... ;)
Morning Warrior sent me this insanely cool tee from their collection.  My husband rides motorcycles and I too am looking in to getting on for my self so this was a natural fit.
A very hip company with a lot of great designs.  I paired it with my BB Dakota leather jacket from time ago, Helmut Lang jeans, Alexander Wang bag, and some Ray Bans.  The shoes were an ultimate steal by Sam Edelman from the LF sale.  SNATCH! :)

5.24.12 // Herb Ritts at the Getty.

My friend Kate (from the wonderful blog The Forgetful Wife) and I took a wonderful trip up to the Getty Center Museum in LA to visit the legendary fashion photographer, Herb Ritts, exhibit.  There were so many amazing photos as well as a viewing area of all the commercials done by this extraordinary artist.  I recommend this for all LA natives and visitors.  Not only is the architecture world class, there are so many amazing things about this magical mountain top experience.

5.20.12 // Caught in Your Web.

Sorry its been so long since I last posted!  Was out of town and came back home to a pile of work build up... ! So much is going on right now.  Ive decided to go back to college for an International Business Degree which has been an all consuming idea.  I have struggled so much in the past with what I would do with the education and experience I had and where I wanted to go with it.  Finding my path has set me at ease making everything else in my life seem to fall in to place better.  

As far as my material world, I decided to deck out in total Helmut Lang; spider web sweater, bralette, leather pants.  The entire Pre-Fall collection is to die for...  I thought it would be a gorgeous outfit to pair with my new Sheinside sheepskin leather ankle boots!  The slit in the front of them makes for a classy yet sexy twist.  Last, but not least, my Girl on a Motorcycle leather studded clutch; raw, edgy, cool, and a perfect outfit for the new Kill City store opening party!

Hi Everyone!  I wanted to let you all know that I have recently stocked my shop section with some Spring/Summer pieces from my closet cleanse!  There is a lot of cute stuff that I was hesitant to part with but really need the room!  All designer at low costs!  More to come as I get more free time but be sure to check it out as things tend to move kind of fast.  Hope you like!

Venice Beach is a crazy place.  Full of suspect characters, knock off designer stores, and hippie drum circles on the beach?  It does make for a cool location though.  This look was an out take from a stripe story for a publication but still I thought I would share. There is so much insane graffiti art on the buildings which is a sight to see in itself.  Although not a typical fan of "vandalism" per say, it really is a work of art.

Thursday night was Marni's event in support of Heart of Los Angeles; a community center for young people to engage in enrichment activities in the Rampart District of LA.
